Your relationships are not a product.

RelatePa stores only information you choose to provide for your account, relationships, circles, check-ins, care tasks, memories, schedules, reminders, preferences, and support requests. We do not sell wellbeing data, target advertising using emotional state, or use private messages for model training without explicit permission.

Sharing

Check-ins are private by default. Sharing requires a specific circle, and circle members need explicit check-in permission. A support request contains only the details you choose. RelatePa does not secretly collect location, phone activity, contacts, messages, health, or wearable data.

Automated reminders

Circle Watch uses the schedule, grace period, and contact you configure. A missed check-in is described as a missed routine—not proof of danger. Schedules and rituals can be paused or deleted at any time.

Control

You can revoke permissions, leave or pause a circle, export your data, review sensitive-action history, pause automations, or delete your RelatePa account from the Me section.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted using authenticated, row-level policies. Audit records document sensitive actions.

Retention

Active-account data is retained until you delete it or close the account. Operational security logs may be retained for a limited period where required to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Contact

Privacy and legal contact details must be added before a broad public launch.
